Coinkite's 1 August escalation post asks users to treat migration as urgent and to spread the word to less-online owners. It quotes the vendor's 31 July urgent update, whose wording states the Mk3 affected boundary as 4.0.1+ and carves out seeds generated with at least 50 private, independent dice rolls. Both details bear directly on the affected-range boundary and the mixed-dice classification recorded elsewhere in this archive.
