Josef Tetek quotes COLDCARD's reply to another account, saying the company is doing all the investigation it can, that it is devastated, and that the hacker could have done the right thing and responsibly disclosed, and answers sarcastically that hackers nowadays have zero manners. It is held for the quoted vendor line as much as for the reply: it preserves COLDCARD's framing of the operator as someone who should have disclosed, and one strand of the reaction to that framing, which belongs to the disclosure-responsibility argument the record already carries. The reply itself makes no factual claim. The view is the poster's own.
