Kelbie's follow-up tagging intangiblecoins and clay_garrett in case they already hold the finding, and stating that the 2 sat/vB pattern also matches a victim report he received, so it is not resting on the heuristic alone. The corroboration matters to the strength of the claim, which is why the reply is captured with its parent. The victim report is not public and cannot be checked here.
