Reports a later 31 July cluster of 1,216 transactions and 45.9 BTC, outside Block's published scan window. The post says seven of Block's eight markers match while replace-by-fee behaviour differs. Captured as a reported lead, not treated as verified until the underlying transaction set is independently checked.
