ProfEduStream argues that five days of immobility in waves one and three, plus an OP_RETURN message to a reported attacker address, are consistent with a ransom negotiation rather than typical Lazarus liquidation behaviour. The post also notes the same message author previously claimed the attack for the Islamic Republic IR.
