-Well, as a guy whose job involved crafting phishing campaigns, any decent mail provider will reject spoofed emails. With SPF, DKIM and DMARC, spoofed emails are trivial to spot. It's not 2010 anymore. If you try to spoof from a legit domain, if it even lands in the mailbox, it will be highlighted it in bright red and tell you this email is spoofed.

Got the email from CK today, thought its a scam, but the sender address is valid and I found other folks as well reporting about those emails. 

This whole company is a bunch of liars.

I still cant understand how such a product in such a company, with that much reputation had zero quality management. 

Its such an epic fail, I cant believe this happened not on purpose…..sorry, but that is so fishy.

Well, if you actually read the policy you’d know that emails aren’t deleted so customers can verify data blanking

Trezor reaches out on a daily basis, apparently they have a great firmware update.

I can't find out why their email addresses changes so often, and why the official website doesn't host this great fw update.

 I agree that an end user shouldn't just rely on a sender's address for determining spam from non-spam because anyone's email account can still be compromised and used to send malicious emails. But positioning email like it is easy to spoof any email address these days and actually make it into a user's inbox ignores many of the protections that email has nowadays.
