After Coldcard I lost trust in hardware wallets. Even though they often have up to 5 different entropy methods, you still can't be 100% sure everything works as intended and there are also firmware bug risks on top of that.

So I've been thinking about generating a seed phrase using different methods that work together in combination. Obviously this needs to be done on a clean air-gapped pc. What do you think about this and what would you recommend?

How do you trust this file not to send the result out over wifi the next time you reconnect?

How do you trust this file not to take in your randomness but then show you a pre populated seed an attacker wants you to use?

I would never trust any of these seed generation files even when used offline.
