Why you would remove the bitcoinsecurity.guide after a $100M+ hack? 

Oh, yeah, because his recomendation under a proxy website lying about neutrality information on hardware wallets and bitcoin security, was a potential violation on consumer protection in both the FTC and the Competition Bureau regarding misleading advertisement. 

This goes way beyond their "apologies" of a bug in their product. 

"Follow this security guide"....

Coldcard is terrible. There's no doubt about that. But we always did fail to "Verify" when they sent us coldcard saying "Don't trust. Verify."

I didn't lose anything but I'm boiling furious inside about this, what happened, and how Coldcard leadership are handling it. Not a peep about when or how affected users will receive some kind of real apology or compensation. I understand they can never pay back the coins lost. But wow, this is some sketchy and stinky BULL. I've never seen a company this bad in my life, and that's saying something because I have witnessed plenty of shady businesses committing blatant crimes. 

Fuck coldcard.

+Yeah, that's sketchy as hell - deleting guides after pushing products is a pretty classic move when you realize people are connecting the dots. Hard to trust anyone in this space who's got financial incentives they're not upfront about.
