What if you can’t remember if you used dice rolls or generated a seed using non-vulnerable firmware? is there some way of knowing if your seed is vulnerable?

Easy: if you don't know with absolute certainty, migrate to a new wallet asap.

Yes there is but I'm not technical enough to explain how. 

Don't waste time trying to check. Move your funds immediately if you are not 100% sure you rolled 99+ dice during setup.

But I’m passphrase protected and pretty sure I used dice rolls.
