Answering a quoted line that the Bitcoin wallet industry is petty and dramatic, Zach Herbert argues there is no industry-wide infighting and that one CEO is responsible for it, naming NVK. He describes his own company's dealings with Blockstream, BitBox, Trezor, Bitkey, SeedSigner and Ledger as collegial and competitive, credits Ledger's security research and disclosure participation, and sets out a five-step pattern he says was used against competitors and researchers: public attack, a defence, repetition until the claim becomes common knowledge, pressure on the target to stay civil, and no equivalent pressure on the attacker. The post then makes further specific allegations about the same named individual's off-platform conduct, involving domain registrations, approaches to funders and event organisers, and coordinated pile-ons; those allegations are described here rather than repeated, and no held source corroborates them. Interest: Herbert is co-founder and CEO of Foundation Devices, a direct competitor, and the post names his company; the same author's longer account is at zherbert-nvk-conduct-record. The account is his own first-hand testimony and is not verified here.
